August 8, 2009 PM Worship Service

Interim Pastor, Ben Dockery, opened the service with a reading from the “Faith Hall of Fame,” Hebrews 11:17 cf, and prayed for tonight’s lesson.

Mickie Bainter led the gathered members in three requested hymns:

  • Holy, Holy, Holy
  • Soon and Very Soon
  • Worthy of Worship

Dockery continued his lessons on Church History with Lesson 2 – The First 500 Years, which took us from the time of the Cross to just as the Mid-Evil period began.

A short business meeting was held after the worship service and study.
